Despite AMJE’s reclassification from Junior-Enterprise (JE) to Junior-Initiative (JI) following significant management challenges under the previous team, our motivation remains stronger than ever. We are fully committed to rebuilding AMJE’s reputation, strengthening our organization, and ultimately regaining our status as a leading Junior-Enterprise.

- In charge of quality processes, performance monitoring and internal audit for the junior-enterprise's missions and operations.
- Provided self-formation tools for 50 Business Managers.
- Helped to develop an internal dans self-built ERP to improve the efficiency and the independence of the organization.
- Verified and corrected more than 300 documents and reports, and audited 10 missions to ensure the quality of the deliverables.
- Developed an IA tool to detect errors and non-compliance in anonymized documents.
- Managed a team of 6 people in charge of quality and performance and co-managed 50 Business Managers with the Commercial Director.
- In charge of the preparation of the Audit conducted by CNJE Auditors in December 2026 and June 2027.
- My multi-disciplinary approach allows me to effectively manage and lead diverse teams and projects not only related to quality and performance.
